We’re excited to announce the evaluation dates for the upcoming 2026 spring season!

Note: Only players registered in kid-pitch divisions (Minors & Majors) need to attend an evaluation. Please read the information below carefully and plan to arrive early to allow time for check-in and warm-ups.  

WHERE: New McQueen Park (525 N. McQueen Rd.)

WEAR: Baseball pants, hat and cleats

BRING: Glove, bat, helmet, water and a positive attitude!

DETAILS: Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and watch; however, please remain on the sidelines during evaluations. Evaluations will begin once players start playing catch and will continue through a rotation of stations that assess throwing, fielding, hitting & running.

IMPORTANT:  Players are expected to be on the field and ready to start stations within 15 minutes of their assigned check-in time. Once a player has completed all stations and recorded a 30yd dash time, they are free to leave. The evaluation process should take about 90 minutes.

CHECK-IN & WARM-UP

• Check-in will take place at the table located near the concession stand.
• At check-in, your player will receive a number to attach to the BACK of their shirt.
• After checking in, players can begin warming up on FIELD #6

• After about 30min, players will be moved to FIELD #7 for evaluation stations.

Wednesday 1/28:

·        Group #1 (check-in begins @ 4:30pm) DOB between 6/1/15 - 12/31/15

·        Group #2 (check-in begins @ 5:45pm) DOB between 11/1/14 - 5/31/15 

·        Group #3 (check-in begins @ 7pm) DOB between 9/1/13 - 10/31/14

Thursday 1/29:

·        Group #4 (check-in begins @ 4:30pm) DOB between 5/1/17 - 5/1/18

·        Group #5 (check-in begins @ 5:45pm)  DOB between 9/1/16 - 4/31/17

·        Group #6 (check-in begins @ 7pm) DOB between 1/1/16 - 8/31/16

Blind Picks: Players who do not attend a tryout will be considered “blind picks” and moved to the lowest possible division available to them given their age.

The Competition Committee reserves all rights to move players from teams up to and after the draft in the effort to create parity amongst all divisions.
